Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with USED LUX LIMITED Trading as "United Sunglasses". We aim to deliver your sunglasses safely and efficiently, whether you are based in the UK or internationally. Please read our shipping policy carefully for all the details regarding delivery times, costs, and options.

Domestic Shipping (UK)

  • Shipping Carrier: All orders are sent with Royal Mail 24 Tracked & Signed unless otherwise agreed.
  • Shipping Costs: Free shipping for all UK customers. (does not include wholesale orders)
  • Processing Time: Orders are posted next business day after your payment.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery usually 1-2 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

  • Shipping Carrier: All orders are sent with Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed unless otherwise agreed.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping cost is £12 unless otherwise agreed. Customs duties, taxes, and import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Processing Time: Orders are posted next business day after your payment.
  • Delivery Time: International shipping can take between 7-21 business days depending on the destination and time of year.
  • Customs & Import Duties: Please note that your order may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. You will be responsible for these charges, and they are not included in the total price at checkout. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order through the carrier’s website.

Undelivered Packages

If your package is undelivered or returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be notified. In the case of a return, shipping charges will not be refunded, and you may be charged additional shipping fees to resend the package.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery (e.g., damaged, delayed, or missing items), please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the matter promptly.
